Directions & Suggested Use
Sprinkle ½ a cup in a warm bath and soak. Or add 1 teaspoon to a filled sink or container to soak hands or feet to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Can be used on its own or in addition to an Epsom salt bath or warm-hot oil bath.
